Hi dude, my parents have been smoking for over a decade and has since stopped smoking 2 years ago. So do my grandparents.
As my parents said, smoking is not addictive, but in the mind. It's like playing mind games. We have to tell ourselves never ever pick up a smoke again and Action Speaks Louder Than Words. We don't only talk, we do it.
Below are some of the websites to help you choose your path into Anti-Smoking.
All the best dude. If you believe you can, you can.
Cheers :)

I used to smoke but quit about 10 years ago; It was on the day we had the Lord's supper at church. I smoked before church but believe it or not, I didnt crave it afterwards.
