The guy above me is almost right. The Bulls wouldnt have to give up Ben Wallace. They would only have to eliminate $19 million in salary to get Kobe. Thats how much he makes a year. This mornings Chicago Tribune said that the Bulls are your best bet for a possible Kobe Bryant trade. It says the Bulls would have to give up Luol Deng and Ben Gordon, and possibly the #9 draft pick.

I think the team getting Kobe would have the best benefit, because quite simply, the Lakers cannot get equal value from any team in one single player if Kobe is traded. They would get close to equal value if they traded Kobe for LeBron, but that would never happen. I think a Bulls/Lakers trade would be best for both sides.

The most recent trade idea I heard was the bulls propsed a trade sending Ben Wallace, Luol Deng, Ben Gordon, and the #9 pick to the Lakers for Kobe. I don't see that benefiting the bulls, since all they would have left would be Heinrich and Tyrus Thomas. Whoever trades for Kobe, IF Kobe does indeed get traded, will have to give up a ton to get him.

I'd love a Lakers/Bulls trade.

Ben Gordon, Luol Deng, Lamar Odom.

Now thats a good trio. Add Luke Walton to the mix, you'll have a very unselfish team in Lakers lineup.
