i would love to say strength from within makes me sound so strong!! but no that's kinda hard when you're down or going through something bad...i feel like its important for people in your life to bring you up, to support you and maybe let you borrow some strength..and when the time comes and they need it...you can always return the favor... i think strength is like energy the more people around you have it...the more its gonna come to you too!!.. =)

i agree that it depends on the situation...but eventually it will come down to strength within...because if u don't find it there...then another source will...so if u r asking on a personal level...why let someone else find the strength within themselves to do something u could very well yourself have done if u found your own strength

wherever I can find it, I'm not to proud to know when I need help and to ask for it. I only have shoulders strong enough to carry a burden so far without help from a friend.
