There was this movie that came out in the 90's where this lady's job is to clean up after murders, well she decides she wants to know if when you decapatate someone if they still talk after their head has been cut off. It's a dark humor movie and i can't remember the name of it. Please help!!

...you're talking about the 1996 black-as-coal comedy/thriller, "Curdled", starring Angela Jones, William Baldwin, Lois Chiles and Barry Corbin.
...interesting story behind the film!!! Producer/director Quentin Tarantino caught the student short-film version of "Curdled", at the Cannes Film Festival; he was apparently so intrigued with the female progtagonist/heroine in the film, that not only did he arrange to help produce the feature film version of the short, he also asked the director if he could base one of his characters in "Pulp Fiction" on the same character in "Curdled".
...this is reportedly where the character of Esmerelda Villalobos, the cab driver, came from!!!
