NO THIS QUESTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HAWKING RADIATION. An entangled pair of particles is different form a particle ant-particle pair.
An entangled pair of particles is one in which the measurement of one particle affects the behavior of the other particle. The phenomenon is a direct result of the Pauli exclusion principle in quantum mechanics. If one of the particles were to fall into a black hole it would become unmeasurable and therefore the particles would cease to be entangled. There would be no consequence on the other particle because no measurements can be made inside a black hole.
By the way Goring is obviously an idiot and has no idea what he is talking about.

Is it possible that the particle pushed into the Black hole has a greater volume than the black hole itself and particles do not move alone where there is one there are millions that follow in sequence. Particles do not actually touch due to the strong repulsion of Gravity when at close proximity limit. What is called entanglement is usually a larger mass locks a smaller mass into orbit caused by the Gravitational phenomenon.. That is how atomic structure is formed.
Black hole have a magical structure that was postulated by General relativity and previously assumed to exist by John Wheeler, Which he originally thought of it as a burned out star;Hence Invisible.
Later the postulated black hole theory was massaged and identified as a singularity ,as a solution to Einstein's field equation ,By Steven Hawkins ,which in turn proved that a black hole needs to radiate energy in order to exist as such.What ever they think it is ; I have no Clue.

I believe that the particles would either break apart-one going into the black hole, one escaping, or that they would both be pulled into a black hole.
