Can't surf the Web?

Question

Sometimes when I start my computer I can't browse the web. I start explorer and it won't budge. I delete the browsing history and clear it out and restart explorer and it still won't move. I have to restart the computer and then it's works. What's going on and how do I fix it? I have a Vaio pc which I got in 03.

Hi. I would try Firefox and see if that works better for you. IE has some problems still. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
