here are the things i've done.
- the fuel system works.
- new battery
- put gas in it.
- i got spark

then i removed the belt between the motor and power steering, and it cranked over about 20 times, then it finally started, and ran. Then i turned off motor and put on air filter hose, then i tried to start it again and it didn't start.

When i removed the belt, i noticed that the bunch of wires were stuck under the bottom pulley. Pulled out wires, and checked for any visible broken wires, and taped a few where wire was exposed.
- checked ignition coil with meter. FINE by specs.

check for sparked at spark plug and i didn't have any spark.
could it be the crankshaft sensor? where exactly is it located driver side? passenger side? under or above car?

could it be the PCM? and how could i check that?
ran codes with key and gave me the code 43. Wouldn't i get a code if it was the crank sensor? Also engine controller fuse blew once, but i replaced it still won't start thanks!

Sounds like all you have left to do is get rid of it and buy a good car like a FORD for example!!!

you may have to replace the engine wiring harness but before i did that i would get the car check to see if you are getting any response from the pcm
the wiring harness acts as part of the control circuit any change in resistance will throw the pcm for a loop
also has the engine recently been swapped for a newer one if so may be the wrong cam gear set up chrysler changed the electrical set up of all there engines in the late 90's if this is the case you may have to change cam gears and fly wheel

first though before any of this pull all the plugs clean or replace them turn the engine over a few times and let them dry out they may just be fuel fouled do this first it is by far the easiest posible solution to your problem

check oil on dip stick see if it smells like gas if so definatly a fuel foul
