No we don't have lucky numbers. There is nothing (NOTHING!) to make a number lucky. There are just humans who find things that they cant explain or don't understand and attribute them with folk lore like lucky numbers.
As far as I know 1.18 stands for nothing other than 59/50.

1.18 is one of the rougher estimations of PHI the most beautifull number to exist. PHI is now believed to be closer to 1.618 but the greeks had anything from 1.18 to 1.72
