I know there's limewire frostwire etc but I want one thats totally ONLINE! as in one that does not require a download of the program (only download of the music). I know there's one called singing fish but that's not really what I'm looking for.... I want one more like limewire... but minus the download.

You are asking for a lot, basically having your cake AND eat it too.
Singing Fish is a music SEARCH ENGINE, like AltaVista or Google. It's NOT a sharing program at all.
It sounds like what you want is an online radio station, instead of a file sharing program.

www.4shared.com is pretty good, but sometimes you have to try your search a few times to find what you're looking for. There's also very little country music.
www.filelodge.com used to be good... but lately it hasn't been working. You might try it and see if you can access it.
That's all I've found so far.

If you mean to listen to music online i use a great website called www.radioblogclub.com
You search the atrist and it finds the tracks
