It depends on how hard they want to be on you. Also how much trouble you've been in before. If you have a history with juvenile probation, most likely they will lock you up in secure detention or on house arrest... that's if you parents even agree to let you come back. If this is the first time you are in trouble, they will probably be more lenient though you could still be adjudicated delinquent and be placed into foster care or whatever. Or be placed on probation and have a probation officer on you all the time.
