well, the answer is sort of yes...I know kinda foggy. It is possible to get cramp off to the side of that area.

Yes it is normal.You can get a cramp anywhere in that area and be fine. Try ibuprofen or premarin they can help.Heating pad also helps and make sure you drink lots of water.

Maybe you got the cramp in your inner thigh and it spread to that area?

yeah you can get cramps from your abdomen to your lower back to "that area" pretty much any where thats near the reproductive system

honestly i dont know......go see a Dr. but when i get a cramp in that area it's when its comming down....
