Keep a spray water bottle handy. Everytime he does that, spray his face. Or, you could get an empty soda can, put some coins in it and drop it near him every time he starts to hump.

disipline him the same way you do when he doesnt poop outside if hes potty trained from my experience with dogs some of them have a different way of learning disipline i would go to a trainer or a really long experienced dog owner if whatever you do doesnt work
