Not sure of the sex yet , but if it's a boy , we want to name him Carlos (after my grandfather) , but we can't think of a middle name ! any suggestions ? -- Last name is Pacheco if that helps ! thanks :)

You are on a role with honoring your family members... keep it going. I'm sure someone has a name that speaks to you. Middle names are seldom used anyways, so if you have fond memories of Uncle Flavious, then Carlos F. Pacheco can still hold his head high while honoring a meaningful relationship that you shared.

Why not pick a middle name that means something positive like peace, in another language especially if you and your husband are German, Italian, Spanish, Russian etc. That might be nice because then the child would know where he came from and that his name is apart of him.
