I have two tickets to a concert called "Projekt Revolution". I'm going but now nobody else I know can. Can i re-sell my other ticket for more money then i bought it? or at all for that matter?

You should be able to re-sell them. However, some states have laws about "scalping" tickets...meaning trying to re-sell them for more than you paid. It's illegal.

You can re-sell them at face value only. To make a profit on them without being a licensed broker, is considered scalping.
