Hi, all men get between 5 and 8 erections in one night, while they are asleep so it has nothing to do with feeling horny

a normal healthy guy will get erect about every 45 minutes while he is sleeping. And none of those have anything to do with sexual thoughts of dreams. The morning erection is merely the last in the sequence.

Hormones tend to have cyclical natures or rhythms to them. I don't know, but testosterone may naturally be higher at night. More probable, is that erections are dependent upon blood flow. Being warm under the covers undoubtedly increases penile blood flow; thereby, leading to an erection. Has nothing to do with being horny (unless of course you are).

the average male has between 8-12 involuntary erections a day so its no big deal it has nothing to do with being horny

The full bladder causes the erection, not being sexually aroused.
But, after they use the bathroom, they are good to go.
Guys are horny all the time.

deals with blood flow and body chemistry. guys can have several erections and a few wet dreams during the night without even thinking about sex. when i'm not sexually involved with a women, i can wake up with a few tablespoons of my semen on the sheets. just happens that way.

Its Hormonal the sleep pattern gets the adrenaline going the adrenaline gets the testosterone going and so forth

It's natural and has nothing to do with feeling "horny." It does away on its own.
