Hi,
Go to your system tools folder and click "Disk Cleanup" and run it this will delete all your temp files for you, then just Defrag your hard Drive to get back all your free space. Hope this helps.

1. Offload pics, vids, & music to dvds or cds.
2. Delete cache ( temporary internet files ).
3. Uninstall those free downloads you used once in the last 12 months.
4. Run Disk Cleanup from the Start>Accessories folder
5. Finally, run Disk Degragmenter from the same folder.
Good Luck

Firstly delete any unnecessary files from your computer, especially movie files.
You can also do a Disk Cleanup under "Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup"
