I have. It's mostly water weight. If I'm very active and don't eat for a whole day or so, I can lose 2 or 3 pounds. It comes right back the next day when I eat though.

Try it, U may loose it ,if Your body is retaining 2 much water, and U may loose all the water. Just drink water, and dont even eat a raisin., Good Luck

We'll see about that. I hate eating because of my new lip piercing, it's also hard to do, because sometimes I bite down on the ring or something. So I haven't eaten very much at all the past two days.

this is a load of nonsense because the only thing that you are losing is water weight. essentially, you are dehydrating yourself so that you can pretend that you are losing weight. when you don't eat, your body moves into starvation mode, and everything that you eat following that time of fasting, will be turned into fat, subsequently causing you to gain weight.
