I'll go with the majority and say that Philly has the worst fans. The Steelers have the best, when they came to DC two seasons ago, there were a bunch of us there. Hope to repeat this time around.
Cheers!

A Fan, is a Fanatic of a certain sports team, hence the term "Fan". You asked, What city has the worst fans, and best fans. Well I think some Philadelphia Fans may be jerks, and some aren't, but they are the best "fans" because they support there team through tough times. Look at each time Donovan McNabb got hurt, the fans were mad, sure, but they stayed with the team. Sure the Eagles fan's threw Snowballs at Santa Claus, but no one mentions that it was a random guy because the real scheduled Santa did not show up, and the guy was drunk. People don't mention the finer points in things. Especially when they are against it.The worst fans are Dallas fans, have you ever noticed when Dallas is going good, you'll see a Cowboy fan anywhere, but when they are doing bad, the stadium is half full, and its mostly the other teams fans.
And I do give Green Bay their props/kudos. There Probably tied.

Your friend has a point with the let downs. Cleveland Cavs let downs in the playoffs, The Shot, The Fumble, and The Drive. They are ALL notably known. Then, the Cleveland Browns moved to Baltimore, and won a championship. The superbowl was given to the Baltimore Ravens and not the Cleveland Browns. If the Browns didn't move and changed their name, that would have been their SuperBowl. This is where Art Modell comes in. The Shot is when Michael Jordan had a buzzer, The Fumble is well.. a fumble that costed them, and the same thing with The Drive. Then they go and lose LeBron James, the best thing to ever happen in Cleveland Sports for awhile. The Indians also lost to the Marlins in 1993. Honestly, I don't remember huge disappointments other than Seattle losing their basketball team. The Mariners had their glory days, Seahawks kind of suck and have bad luck I guess. I really can't think of anything else.

Can't really answer that question honestly, we are all fans of our own team, we love our teams and thats who im gonna pick.
But I can back it up.
They have been sold out for the past 10 years and will be for many more. They hold the record for longest waiting list, it's close to 200,000.00 people, the bucs are the 2nd with just over 100,00.00. They break attendance records every year. They have always been known throught out the years by all sports writers, players, coaches, analysts, and other fans as the best fans.
Again, all fans are great, we all love our team, we love them when they win and when they lose, when they come so close to pulling the close game out or holding off a late rally by the opponent to seal the win. The games against the Division Rival ( Cowboys for me ). Although we can't accurately answer your question, we can certainly back our team up just by writing these very comments.
Redskins 2007!!!

The worst sports fans are in Cincinnati Ohio. Watch the stands when the Red or the Bungles are losing, and you see so many empty seats. They are fair weather fans who stop support during rough years. The best? I definitely agree with Cleveland as wonderful fans. Much as I hate to admit it, though, Pittsburgh also really supports their Steelers, too. (I am a Browns fan)

No question that Philly is the worst. They destroy the good players by their actions. The whole town sucks and most people that live there.
I have traveled and went to many sports games, football, basketball, baseball in many cities.
Tennessee Titan fans are very well behaved and they support their team, like Cleveland, They are the best

Worst Fans: Philly
Best Fans: Denver Broncos Fans(Over 290 home game sellouts, more than any other team in the NFL.)
The classiest and most loyal fans in the NFL, and this is coming from an unbiased (even though I love the Broncos) experience.
Season ticket waiting list is 7-10 years long! I know because I'm on it!
GO BRONCOS!!

Best - a strong agruement could be made for Denver fans. With an NFL record 290+ straight home sellouts (that's like 35+ years straight), Denver fans are great. And that includes many years when the Broncos were not very good so fan loyalty in Denver is unmatched anywhere in the league.

Well this is just strictly for football since i dont watch anything else aside from basketball. Philadelphia has the worst fans i believe. Yes they are very passionate, but their always constantly whining and get upset over the stupidest things. These are the fans who booed and harrassed Santa Claus during half time!! It doesnt matter how bad your team is playing, dont disgrace other people.
As far as best, that goes to the most loyal of fans and that belongs to Green Bay. There season tickets have been sold out for over 40 years, and the waiting list strectches over 40,000 people. These fans have cheered and supported their team even through through the horrible 70's and 80's. These guys love their Packers and o matter how bad they get they always support them. People might get upset because the visiting team gets mooned by the fans lol but thats just harmless fun, unlike Philly and Oakland fans who will literally beat the cr** out of people over stupid things.
