Yes, as long as you do it within the 14 days (the tickets expire 14 days after they first used)

You can add hopping, no expiration, or the water park option on. The add ons can be done at any Guest Relations location at the theme parks or at Downtown Disney as well as at any Lobby Concierge location at a Disney resort.

You can go to your DIsney Resort or yours and just to to somone at the Concierge Desk. We did it.
