a very dark room, hang blankets on the windows if you are a day sleeper, make sure your room is cool with air conditioner or fan, take some tylenol pm and put in a cd of a nice waterfall or ocean sounds. You will sleep great

I go out every night as soon as my head hits the pillow and I know nothing until the morning when I wake up feeling just great and refreshed ready for the day ahead.

Being hit in the head with a sledge hammer - always a permanent solution, I've used it several times on my husband.

My mum coming in to tell me she loves me :) She's done it all my life and I always tell her I love her too...even if we've had a massive argument we'll do it. The only time we don't is when I sneak in at 2am...and then I'm too drunk to notice.

Cold room, warm blankets, make sure the kiddos are safe and snug in their beds, make love with my hubby and fall asleep in his arms.
