a very dark room, hang blankets on the windows if you are a day sleeper, make sure your room is cool with air conditioner or fan, take some tylenol pm and put in a cd of a nice waterfall or ocean sounds. You will sleep great

I go out every night as soon as my head hits the pillow and I know nothing until the morning when I wake up feeling just great and refreshed ready for the day ahead.

My mum coming in to tell me she loves me :) She's done it all my life and I always tell her I love her too...even if we've had a massive argument we'll do it. The only time we don't is when I sneak in at 2am...and then I'm too drunk to notice.
