and it hurts like a bastard...whenever i walk it brushes against my pants and its very painful

No you probably having an allergic reaction to a soap. Leave the poor thing alone and maybe some benadryl ointment.

I've had that before. It's a *****, but just wait it out. It'll only be like a day or so before it stops hurting.

i am not kidding, it will hurt for few seconds but then it will be allright
