Stenonychosaurus is a narrow claw lizard (also known as Troodon) credited as the most intelligent dinosaurs. The name is pronunced as "ste-NON-ik-oh-SAWR-us". It is carnivorous (mammals) which existed at the period of Late cretaceous (85-80 million years ago).
The picture you have is a model of hypothetical Dinosauroid created by paleontologist based on their speculation on how would the intelligent dinosaur would look like if the Troodon had survived from extinction. Such fantasy creation was speculated to have hsd have grown smarter and taken on a human-like appearance.
