patenting life, all seeds and genes for profit ,should be illegal

ever since a man 1st burned a forest to clear it for farming or began keeping species and controlling their genetics through selective breeding...he has been controlling or "patenting lifeforms" Just because it may be sped up makes no difference. Man, because of his intelligence, controls the animal kingdom as much as the comet did that hit Yucatan and killed half of all life on Earth...Man isn't an abomination because of it, but since his future depends on a healthy, plentiful Earth, he owes a debt to the natural world....humanism requires that he worry about Earth and not a possible paradise after death...

I don't see how they could without permission. I wouldn't let them take a skin graft or anything else with my explicit permission. Stem cell research is for the greater good.

To me it proves that, If something as lowly as a human can create life, the concept of a creator god has been destroyed.

If you make a hybrid, then I suppose you can patent the thing.. Hope they make Gizmo..
