Waste is filtered from the blood and collected as urine in each kidney. Urine leaves the kidneys by ureters, a muscular tube that transports urine by peristaltic contractions from the kidney to the bladder, and collects in the bladder. The bladder can distend to store urine that eventually leaves through the urethra and out the body. That is how your pee leaves your body. Now for how waste, poop, leaves the body. After most of the nutrients are removed from the food mixture, there is waste left over. Before it goes out the body, it passes through the part of the large intestine called the colon, which is where the body gets its last chance to absorb the water and some minerals into the blood. As the water leaves the waste product, what's left gets harder and harder as it keeps moving along, until it becomes a solid. The large intestine pushes the poop into the rectum, the very last stop on the digestive tract. The solid waste stays here until you are ready to go to the bathroom. So in fact, poop and pee never in fact meet, because they go on different routes when leaving the body.

Poop is the result of extracting water from the results of digestion in the stomach and intestines. If water is not extracted, the result is diarrhea.
Pee is a water solution of waste products taken from the blood which are the result of using energy in cells around the body. If you don't drink enough water, the solution can get concentrated, first giving a darker yellow color urine and perhaps resulting in crystals forming as bladder stones.
So the first answer is correct but a bit short on information.

In summary:
poop = what never makes it into your blood stream
pee = the waste filtered from your blood stream

More details:
When you eat it goes through your stomach and into your intestines and out as poop. It never enters your bloodstream. Pee is the waste which is purified out of your blood. It is stored in the blatter until you pee.

Usually its an argument...ans something that accumulates. Poop and pee separations have happened increasingly. The catholic church is worried. I concluded that the best is not to get involved with neither poop nor pee.
