stop trying to fight it. just accept it and go from there. I was the same way at first, but then I realized I was making things worse by trying to ignore my true feelings.

Stay with the feeling don't run away from there. Be careful of close minded people...you should n feel ashamed. they are part of yourself. You can discuss them with someone...if you don't have someone to speak to try a counsellor or someone who's experienced in listening. remember, feelings are important but they do not reflect who you are. sometimes feel like people, i feel like screaming at them...but it does not mean I'm an aggressive person...everyone gets impulses at some point and studies show that most people do experience feeling for the same sex at some times in their lives...

don't feel bad, integrate it and you will feel more whole.

think about these...do you feel feelings for the opposite sex, how often do you get them, when do you get them? is it real? who are the guys... is it their sex or something else? what does it mean do you? why do you feel bad? what's 'wrong with it'? how will it be if you ignored it...etc....

these e feelings are to be listen to and understood and not to be denied

Well - from the name I guess you are a guy. You don't mention your age. If my assumption is correct and you are a guy then you only have two options; 1) accept the fact that you are gay and go on about your life. 2) accept the fact that you will live a sexless life.

I doubt that you can chage your innermost feelings.

Really think about who you are. You are the only person who knows you. Maybe its just a phase. But before you try anything be sure with yourself. And its normal, its nothing to feel weird about. Keeping these feelings in can lead to major
saddness

nothing wrong about being gay or bi. It is normal for guys to have these feelings during puberty, just another reason why teenage boys appear messed up. Its okay to have these feelings you could still be hetro.
Relax mate, no need to stress yourself. You will eventually sort out your feelings, just learn to be okay with yourself, accept who you are. I am not suggesting you act on anything, give it time.

It is your problem and only you can find the answer. "Feelings" of any kind are your emotions and there is a limit up to which your mind and body can tolerate, either you stop thinking on this subject or find a way out without ruining your career.

Okay how old are you, do or did you also have these feelings for girls. If you're bi and you're just finding out I wouldn't be surprised that it is uncomfortable. Don't listen to the other guys, you can't help who you are.

so which you're asking in case you may desire to do what you opt for and characteristic relaxing or to no longer and have not have been given any relaxing. I mean you may desire to provide the guy of venture and notice the place it is going. If evidently it is going no the place stable then you definately can in simple terms walk away.
