Your PC is infected with a homepage hijacker. Scan your PC with these to remove it. Both are free.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.

Sounds like a spyware program. To remove it, follow these easy steps:
1) Click on the Windows start button in the lower left portion
of your screen
2) Click "Help and Support"
3) Then choose "System Restore"
4) Click "Next"
5) Select a date prior to when this problem started
6) Click "Next" or "Finish"
You can also try uninstalling the spyware program or re-installing IE but I found these two methods to be time consuming and sometimes ineffective. So save yourself time and aggravation, restore, restore restore!!
Good Luck!

You probably have a browser hijacker on your computer. Follow the steps below. If you can't get it cleared, there are a few tech groups that provide free support online with manual removal instructions.
Firstly update and run your anti-virus product. You can also run a free online scan as well as some malware can actually corrupt or disable your resident security products. Here are a few online scans you can run:
Trend - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Panda - http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/ActiveScan.htm
Norton - http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym
Second download, update and run scans using the following products:
SuperAntispyware
http://superantispyware.com/
Spybot S&D (free version requires manual updating)
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
AVG AntiSpyware
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5
Adaware from Lavasoft (free version requires automatic updating)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
(These programs can be run in Safe Mode after downloading and updating)
Third, after cleaning your system, disable System Restore, reboot and re-enable System Restore when you log back on. This will clear the malware that may still be lurking in System Restore, which could be reinstalled should you need to rollback at some point. Additionally, a reboot may be required to complete the malware removal process.
Lastly, you may also want to install the following tool. It is free and requires you to check for and enable updates manually once a week or so. It uses no system resources.
SpywareBlaster (inoculates, not a spyware removal tool)
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html
================================
If you cannot get it removed after the above, you may want to join a tech group that specializes in providing manual instructions on malware eradication.

I agree with everything in the first answer, but if you are familiar with your registry, you can also go
Run, regedit, surf to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,and directly in the right column, note your "Start Page",and "Search Page" entries.
If you see anything different from your former home page, just right click the entries, and click modify, and type in your original home page.
Give this a try.
It has worked for me several times.
If successful, then download all the aforementioned programs, and run them religiously.
After all that, just download Firefox,or Opera, and as they say in Jersey,"Forgetaboutit"
Internet Explorer is an accident waiting to happen
Good luck

download and run hijackthis.exe.
It will provide a list of applications that are currently running that taskmanager doesn't show.
Delete the BHOs that have taken over IE.
Also, try running MSCONFIG from the run command and looking at the applications that startup. Uncheck the ones that you may not need or don't know exactly what they are.

It suspiciously sounds like your machine's be infected by browser hijack malware.
First, make sure that you haven't deliberately set the home page to that site. It you haven't, and you change it, but it reappears when you restart IE, it's malware.
To fix it, you should use spyware removal tools and antiviruse tools like Ad-Aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com), SpySweeper, Windows Defender and SpyBot.
See http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/hijacked/ for more details.

it must have been set as your home site so when ever you click for a homepage it will go to that. you can change that by going to tools, internet options, and under the GENERAL tab it will say homepage, you can type in the address you want for it instead the other one.

A quick solution is to download and Install Mozilla Firefox, basically it is a different browser, and I believe it is better than IE.

try another website you really like, look around for a link that says something like "make this site your home page," and that will just do.
