HEAR! HEAR! GREAT STATEMENT!
The reason he's not so well known is he doesn't have the BIG money backing him.
Big money can buy BIG advertising and big publicity.
However, We The People, can start a Grass Roots Movement, to elect Ron Paul and be assured that the American FOUNDERS wishes will be carried out to the best of Ron Paul's ability if he is elected to President of the USA, since he is a very strict Constitutionalist.

Why do you think of he's the overpowering famous on line? that is with the aid of fact those with information superhighway who care approximately politics can examine the applicants, watch video clips, examine blogs, and positively work together with different supporters to make recommended judgements on which candidate to help. Others could place self assurance in the mainstream information media, which not basically do not conceal Dr. Paul as plenty with the aid of fact the different applicants, yet additionally they hardly communicate his politics intimately and in many circumstances smirk at maximum of his suggestions. If the media spent the time learning his rules and bringing in professionals in fields alongside with economics, militia, and distant places international relatives, united statesa. could be waiting to particularly see the reward of his philosophies particularly of assuming his so talked approximately as "intense and radical" suggestions could in no way paintings. different than for his rules, you're able to agree that Ron Paul is the main honest of any flesh presser available. Ron Paul doesn't get more publicity because the media does not take him seriously as a candidate, and they are correct. He doesn't have a chance to gain the Repub nomination, although I like many of his ideas, particularly his stand against amnesty for illegal aliens. He is the most radical of the Repub candidates in that he wants Congress and the president to actually follow the US constitution! He is a good man. Check out his site and some videos.

Ron Paul does not have the money behind him to get his name out there and of course the media does not play him up or follow him. He is not from New York or Chicago either and the media rarely gets away from those two areas of the country. They support their own.

Republicans hate to think they have a peace candidate.
I know more Democrats excited about him than Republicans.
If the Dems run a real loser, I'll write him in. My kind of true conservative.

He has a fatal flaw, he tells the truth and stands behind the constitution, people don't like that, especially those in his own party. As an Independent, if he got the GOP nod, I would for the first time in my life vote for a republican candidate. I think he's great.

Other than the fact that he's out of step, I haven't a clue.... Most likely because he is just not that popular... The MSM really isn't interested in suppressing his thoughts over any of the other Republican candidates.... He's just not news worthy... which is a good thing IMHO

1) He doesn't have money to get his message out
2) People who do hear him and his message aren't impressed
3) as a result, he only has support of ~1% of the population, which is about 1/4 of the support gotten by "other"
4) The media doesn't pay attention to such minor candidates
