CBS has lost it, they are going to hire the biggest smart mouthed slob in entertainment to replace the Bob. Who wants to see the players belittled and hear her sef-serving opinions on that kind of show? We all know the truth that Rosie was kicked off The View by Barbara, who is a lot like Bob, a televison icon.

My mother, God rest her soul, will return from Paradise
to lead the boycott !! She absolutely LOVED Bob, and detested ODonnell !!
I can't figure any producer with half the sense that God gave worms wanting to wrap a show with this one's history around such an imbecile !!
The show's rock solid viewer base should turn this show off and keep it off until they either shut the thing down or come to some sense of reality here !!

I thought it was something that was being discussed quite a while ago. However Rosie has gotten so much more vocal since then -- but I read that she actually is meeting with the CBS people and that Bob recommended her. So could it happen? I don't really think so now. Do you think that she would realize that a day time game show is not the venue to spout off on your personal, political opinions? I am sure CBS is worried about that.
I may very well be wrong, wrong, wrong, but I don't think it is going to happen.
OH WAIT, I just reread your question. Has it already happened? If so just disregard my post - guess I was wrong.

I so agree. I loved Bob! who would think BOB BARKER could be replaced by this person? when i heard he was going to retire i cried. Nobody could replace him. CBS has lost it. I am not going to watch the price is right because of that big mouthed slob, CBS for that matter. i bet the new guy wont say "Be sure to spay and nuter your dogs" =(

I hope that is just a rumor. After 35 years adoring by fans, if CBS wants to kill the show and goes down to history is the worst game show ever then they should hire Rosie. It won't be long before she kills the show just like everything else that she did. Why don't they just shut down the show all together and leave a great feeling for fans all over instead of paying Rosie to destroy it for them?.

OMG! i'm heartbroken :-((( I even have additionally enjoyed staring on the instruct all my existence. talk approximately ruining an excellent instruct in 2.2 seconds in the event that they placed her on the air! Television ratings....everyone loved her when she had her own talk show...until she started to get political...she won't have the opportunity to give her political views on a game show. Relax.
