There are 4 ways you can get more masterballs:
1. Lottery
2. People on the GTS system offering pokemons holding a masterball
3. Migrating it from your gba games
4. GTS glitch.

there are only 2 or 3 in the game one witch you find one you win from the lotery thing and the other one im not sure about but to get more make a pokemon in your GBA games hold a master ball you get in that then catch it in pal park that is what i have been doing

Get one in veil stone city in the galactic tower the go in the da tower beat all trainers thenbattle cyrus he gives you a master ball. Or go to jublife and go to lottery corner
