The normal license is for one computer.

If you want an office type package that you can use on as many machines as you like take a look at OpenOffice.

It is usually only licensed to run one computer

However there is nothing to stop you installing it on more than one computer...It's illegal but they are more likely to find a flying pig than find out your running your office programme on more than one computer when it is only meant for one ;)
