If AVG is telling you, "can be healed", I hope that you double clicked on heal/clean in the AVG software. If you did not then the trojan is still there.
I would suggest that you run what is known as "online scanner from Kaspersky Russia. Rated # 1 in the world for virus detection. The scan can take upto two hours depending on how many running processes & how many programs you have installed. Allow the complete scan to run as the software will kill the virus in real time. After reboot your system and the virus will be killed.

AVG, is not all that good with getting rid of virus or viruses.
If you are using the free avg antivirus, I would remove and install this free state of the art technology from AOL.
If you don't have an antivirus software installed in your pc., here is an excellent free program from AOL, Active Virus Shield, powered by kaspersky of Russia. Rated # 1 in the world for virus detection. You will get auto., updates every hour on the hour, plus has an excellent real time scanner in the background that really works. AOL, will only ask you for your email so they can send you a free key good for one year. After one year just request a new key.

If you have Internet access, download AdAware, and Spybot Search and Destroy, and put them to work.
Avg is a great free virus program, but it's not really for trojans,or malware.
If your internet is still working, you can also go to TrendMicro HouseCall, and do a online scan.
Does AVG give the name of the culprit?
If so,open up your registry (Run, Regedit),and search for all the little devils(click find, and find next)....
Delete all.
Give this a try,but don't delete anything else, while in the registry!
This completely rids your computer of whatever you delete.
Good luck

Firstly update and run your anti-virus product. You can also run a free online scan as well as some malware can actually corrupt or disable your resident security products. Here are a few online scans you can run:
Trend - http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Panda - http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/ActiveScan.htm
Norton - http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym
Second download, update and run scans using the following products:
SuperAntispyware
http://superantispyware.com/
Spybot S&D (free version requires manual updating)
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/
AVG AntiSpyware
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5
Adaware from Lavasoft (free version requires automatic updating)
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad-aware_se_personal.php
(These programs can be run in Safe Mode after downloading and updating)
Third, after cleaning your system, disable System Restore, reboot and re-enable System Restore when you log back on. This will clear the malware that may still be lurking in System Restore, which could be reinstalled should you need to rollback at some point. Additionally, a reboot may be required to complete the malware removal process.
Lastly, you may also want to install the following tool. It is free and requires you to check for and enable updates manually once a week or so. It uses no system resources.
SpywareBlaster (inoculates, not a spyware removal tool)

================================
If you cannot get it removed after the above, you may want to join a tech group that specializes in providing manual instructions on malware eradication.

Isn't it remarkable how stupid people are on this forum?
You tell them that you have highly respected anti-virus software installed but you managed to get infected. They then tell you that all your problems are going to be solved by installing even more anti-virus software. Do you believe them or not?
DON'T BELIEVE THEM?
A trojan is not a virus so therefore anti-virus software cannot fight it. Find out the name of the virus (I think you have done) and then do a Google search to find out how to get rid of it.

Try something else other than AVG. Try Avast! Antivirus.
Also run Ad-Aware.

Find out where it is sitting (temp internet files maybe?). AVG will tell you where it is. If it can't be healed, just delete it.
