I have to go to at 5.
And i am wanting till a movie comes on.

Got any helpful suggestion,on keeping myself awake and alert,other than napping?

have a shower while the kettle is boiling. When you get out pour your self a coffee. While your coffee is cooling down moisturize and do your hair and fetch your clothes ready turn on to the movie you want to watch sip coffee while watching move
(you could do your make up in the boring bits)
When you have done this, you can get your clothes, on still watching your film.
Then get the stuff to go in your bag together.
The point is is you must not relax for too long as your need to sleep will really kick in .If you dress your self as if you are as bright as a buttercup and know one notices your tired your doing OK

Well I'm pretty sure you're going to be told to drink coffee more than once, but don't do it, because after the buzz you're going to get tired again, and probably more than before. Shower, eat, and even though you're tired, get in comfortable clothes. I don't know about your agenda for today but I would get into pajamas and chill for the day. Then go to sleep early. I went to bed at about 3:00am and had to wake up at O'Dark Thirty to celebrate Father's Day (Dad goes to work early).

Do deep breathing exercise. Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose (not your mouth) As slowly as you can. Place your hands on your diaphram and be sure the diaphram is moving up and down and not your shoulders. Do this 10 times. It will get oxygen to your brain and wake you up.

Imagine if you would fall asleep in a wrong posture and get the worse nck pain ever,for example the one I am having now
