Are you sure they fitted a new flywhhel.These are dual mass units and if it gets hot the face plate warps and the gears will drag as you do not get full disengagment .The flywheel is about 800 quid.The clutch must be bled from bottom to topeg pump fluid in from slave to master to remove all air.also the master cylinders can fail as they are only cheap plastic things

Sounds like the clutch is out of line, take it back to where it was fitted and get it checked, do not let them charge you either as it should be under warrenty.

If you paid someone to do the job then simply take it back to them and tell them you are having trouble. All Good shops warranty there work.
