so, basically what has more importance to colleges, your highschool transcript or your SAT or ACT score?
And also if they do look at your transcript do they consider your Freshmen year?

Both your transcript and your test scores play a factor in the college admission's process. Some colleges do consider your Freshman year grades but, not all. The years that colleges mainly focus on is your 10th and 11th grade years. As for scholarships, the requirements for each scholarship is different. Look at the requirements and find out which test you need to take. Some scholarships don't even need your test scores.

Academics is great
But, you need a sport. You need to be active in the association. Also volunteer at a commuity center or senior center. They wanted balanced and diverse people
