it all depends on how much breaking you do but in theory they should last about 4 years without having to be turned

At least two pad changes (100,000 miles), but if you score them on the first set of pads, they have to be machined and you lose rotor thickness then. Some technicians simply leave the rotor turn-down machine set for 25,000 inch even if only 10,000 inch of metal needs to be removed from the rotors to true them up. So your lucky to get two sets of brake pads on the rotors before they have to be replaced. Another factor is if your rotors become warped and need to be turned down. Make sure to have your lug nuts torqued properly to help prevent the rotors from warping and needing to be turned down.

Rotors can last over 50,000 miles. But its really depending on driving style. If the pads are changed before they grind and on the rotor. Also never wash your car right after you drive it, the cold water will warp the hot rotors.

Pads are CHEAP and easy to replace, if you ever did them on another car. Ask you neighbor hot rodder to show you if never done one.

If you drive lots of city driving, I would replacement them every 2 years. If your braking is already starting to pulsate to a stop, your need for rotor replacement.

That all depends on how you drive it. If you drive like the "Little Old Lady from Pasadena" then you could easily reach 60 – 70K . If you drive like you are in the Indy 500, then expect to change them every 6 months.
