I love wearing high heels and looking tall but my boyfriend is short and I don't feel uncomfortable but other people might think im too tall??? my mom never wears high heels because she feels embarrassed she is 6ft without high heels...i want to grow up like her but im 20 and i think im done growing.

Well, there are different heights of heels, if you really look in differet places. If you love to wear them, wear them, but that doesn't mean you have to wear the 7 in. heels while on a date with your boyfriend... Try wearing little 1-2 inch toe heels, first of all, they are short and easier to walk in then again 7 inch heels, and with a long wide pant that stops almost right at the beginning of the toe heel. This kind of outfit can be very flattering if you use the right tools to put it all together... Hope that helped! Good Luck

I have a best friend who is the same way. She never ever wears high heels, but for our grad party she wore little kitten heels . Since u are 6 feet tall i would go with either some really cute flats, kitten heels, sandals that lace up ur legs or some 1 inch heels. Those types of shoes would really bring out your shape since ur tall and then u won't look 8 footish to ur friends/family/boyfriend(especially). Really cheap high eels are at Hudson Belk, JC Penny's. But some really durable expensive kind are at Dolce Vita. Good Luck!

Yah I'm 5'11 without heels so I stay away from them, but I know a lot of guys LOVE tall girls that's why that guy up there is asking for pictures haha. So don't feel bad about it and if anyway thinks it looks bad who cares they need to find something better to do then put down someone because she's a little taller then her boyfriend when she has heels on.

I say wear the heels and don't compromise on the heel size either - go big if you feel like it. Ask your b/f if it bothers him? I could understand if it did, but perhaps he is quite proud to be seen with a tall g/f. It wouldn't bother me if my g/f was taller and its a very attractive thing for a lot of men (myself included). I am sure you will get the odd strange glance or look when your out and about from the minority, but I guarantee you the majority of people will be thinking they wished they had your height

Like Casey, I'm 5'11", and wear heels quite often. A couple of my girlfriends from work are also rather tall, and they too wear heels. Although we may get teased a little bit about our height, even in flats, we've never heard any complaints from men, tall or short.
So does this matter to your boyfriend? If you should be asking anyone about your wearing high heels, it is him.

think you should wear them if they are comfortable to you and if your BF has a problem with it then just wear like heels not so high plus you sound so beautiful.....I wish I was tall I'm 17 and 5"2 and haven't grown in the past 3 years so heels are one of my best friends!! (not literally lol)

If you feel comfortable in high heels, yes you should wear them! If you want to look a little shorter and still wer heels, wear shorter heels, and stay away from higher ones.

If you like them, keep on wearing them. Your boyfriend doesn't seem to mind. Who cares what other people think. Don't let the "what would other people say" dictate what you wear so long as you feel that you are dressing in a stylish manner.
Tall women are beautiful women, remember that.
