You may want to invest in an internet filter. This will allow certain privileges to each user you can modify the settings and chose which categories you would like restricted. Also, you can monitor your childrens net surfing activity from your office computer. If they are attempt to leave you restriction zone. You can easily terminate access of the internet from your office or anywhere. Here is a link.

Check the history, if they get rid of it, then you need to get a program such as NetNanny or another parent monitoring program for the computer. Google is an excellent finder for these types of programs, good luck.

look in your internet history. That will show you a complete list of all sites visited upto the last 30 days

I have heard that K9 is good. It restricts what your kids can go on. But doesn't over do it. Perhaps you should check it out?

Put the kid's PC in the Kitchen, and watch everything they do.

They will start to behave immediately!!!

you should just block all of the bad websites you dont want them looking at or you can install a camera
