nature or nurture!?......

...are those who are attracted to business, deficient in their ethical make-up...before they ever get to business schools and universities.......?

........or is their business education, devoid of any ethical considerations...and so ..generating amoral action/strategies, at the top of all businesses?

ie: are they taught/encouraged to be amoral, by their very course material?...or is it just that more amoral people are attracted into business than other line of work?

and are they taught that the greed of shareholders,is "obviously"[!] to be put above any reponsibility to the wider community...and the wider world?

ive also thought this business people are so respected by there employes ,media etc but when you look it into there nothing but a lot of greedy self satisfied smug gits.Who think there so more intelligent because they have more money than nearly everyone they know.Earning millions or billions when there employees cant even get a foot on the property ladder and are being exploited for the perssion they are in i.emortgage to pay kids to feed.Alls fair in business but is it?isnt business just a part of your life it seems we live in a society that looks up to rip offs and con artists and look down on the honest hard working man who struggles to pay the bills.I must add that not all bosses are like that and there are some great people out. These big coperations tescos etc i wonder how many of there shop workers can afford a mortgage and look at the money they make.It seems everything is driven to make more profit for the ones at the top and to sqeeze as much out of the ones at the bottom this is the darkside of capitilism

Well this is a very general question. There are some business people who put business ahead of everything. But not every business person is this way.
To give you an anology , it's like an athlete who takes performance enhancing drugs he is putting winning ahead of everything including his own health . He might accomplish his goals as far as winning is concern but sooner or later this will catch up to him.
Same for a business man .He could put profits above anything else but if it harms the environment or other people sooner or later it will come back to him like a boomerang.
Another factor is that you do have to be aggressive in todays competitive business world and sometimes what one person does may seem cruel to another when really it was just business. An anology for that would be a lion eating an antelope . to the antelope this seems cruel and unjust but the lion is just getting dinner. whats he going to do starve or become vegetarian,I dont think so.
The problem comes when ,lets say the lion was capable of this, the lion starts slaughtering antelope left and right more than he and the pride can eat. Well this will harm the his food for the future and his prides future.
