pets coming from overseas would need all their current health shots plus would be put into quarantine for 6 months. The quarantine might be a home one (keep them in the same home for the period) or in an agricultural facility.

I'm sure you can, the cat will have to be in quarantine i think for two weeks, you will have to make sure you have all the shot papers , they give the cat a pill for nerves or make them sleep i dot know if the cat can fly with you they would still give it a pet pill, call the airlines to see what the procedure is
i took two cats from chiago to reno they few i took a train.

oh traveling with cats is easy!! done it loads of times. you put them in a cat box with the softest fleece blanket u can find, and a little pillow under so its really soft. then he'll be ok for the trip.
when u get there u have to keep it inside for three to four weeks.
u should then , after one and a half weeks, take it out on a leash in the area around the house every three or four days.

You will need a certificate of rabies vaccination if the cat is over three months old, this site has the info you need. There is no quarantine required.
