Interstate 80 is not a toll road, yet. lol

I-76 and I-476 are toll roads being part of the PA Turnpike. I-476 is toll free from I-95 until I-76 near Norristown.

I-80 is not a toll road. If you plan on driving in Ohio, it does become a toll road. The tolls in Ohio are not very expensive at all. As people before me have mentioned, the Pennsylvania Turnpike is a toll road....and an expensive one at that. When I have traveled to Philly, I have spent close to $15 in tolls. So, if you can stick to 80 that is what I would recommend.

No ... I-80 is part of the Interstate system which is free. I-76 is the Pennsylvania Turnpike (running East and West) and parts of I-476 (North of I-76) is the Northeast extension of the PA Turnpike. They're both toll roads. I-476, South of the Turnpike, is referred to as the 'Blue Route' and that part is free to travel.

80 itself is not a toll road. However, when crossing into PA from NJ you do have to pay a toll for the bridge.

No
There is one toll from NJ to Pa there is a bridge and they charge you there.
But then there are no tolls again until you get to Ohio and then a quick one in Chicago.
