Yes, Saturday morning I finally had to pedal like heck to avoid this cute, medium sized dog.
Until then I only got barked at.

when I was 14 or 15 years old. Was walking to class and this dog came out of nowhere and chase after me. My instinct told me run the moment I notice the dog, luckily it gave up after i ran around the street corner.

Its kind of strange in such danger situation, our body could do what we couldn't do during PEs lol

Yes. And I kept running. That makes them want to chase me more. There was this one black dog that came out of nowhere when I was walking down the sidewalk trying to catch up to my cousins. He started barking, and I was so terrified, I started running like crazy, and he kept following me, I thought I was going to die. But then he just stopped and turned around.

Yes and he was like twice my size, and as soon as I looked at his big slobbery face, I ran straight for 5 blocks, and he chased me like I was a bone...ughhhh thanks for reminding me of him!

yes -- but my grandparents always told me not to run ; but to turn around and face the dog --- but not to move -- at all !!
