very hard to say with out knowing more. YOur age? Sexually active? Was there any trauma? Do you have burning or stinging or frequency with urination? Bleeding from the end of the penis can be due to a number of different causes, including a small tear in the foreskin, but it can also be due to infection or inflammation. If it continues I would suggest you see your Dr and they will probably want a urine test done and examine the testicles.

If it only happens once or twice then clears up it's most likely to be nothing. However, more than twice and see a doc. I had this happen to me, with blood in my ejaculate. The doc did a prostate exam and everything was fine. Sometimes exercises like cycling can rupture a blood vessel in the region of the bladder/urethra and so blood ends up coming out with urine or come.

Best let a doc have a look though if it continues.

Go see a doctor right f***ing now. You might have an STD. Most can be treated with simple antibiotics.

It could be any number of things, NONE of which is good. You should see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.

You need consultation, may be stone in bladder. If it is accompanied with semen, it could be infection of seminal vesicle. You didn't give any details. Good luck!
