You need to work on the reasons for the same ...
(i) Your night preparation is very important. Heavy food or sleeping with a feeling of tiredness will show its effect in the morning during waking up. Body needs very little food during nights and light food makes body feel light and energetic
(ii) Before sleeping repeated talk to your own self that next morning you are going to do exercise
(iii) Do not try to do exercise immediately after waking up. Try to clean your bowel (stomach) and take a fresh bath once and then try .... it will really make difference
I think one or more of the above will surely work for you...
All the best

Do one of two things.
1. Find an accountability partner who will call you and bug you and hound you to get your lazy butt up and exercise so you will live a long fruitful life.
Or
2. Exercise in the evening.

Shower and eat a healthy breakfast. It'll pump you up for some quick exercise afterward.
