hi, i have an x-blade case, it has a side fan, a front fan and a rear fan. it is noisy as hell. i have disabled the side fan and just wondering if its ok to disable the front one? i think the rear is just blowing out of the power box, so do i really need to have the front intake running, or will i risk over heating?

You should really leave it running, get a quieter fan if the noise bothers you. The front fan takes in air while the back one pushes it out. This creates good airflow, and helps to cool. With out the front fan, you airflow decreases, and cooling suffers.

As u told that u had disabled the front fan and a back fan is working fine you can use only back fan because back fan is outing hot air and cool air is autometically comming from front side, accourding to the science law, but the back fan canot blow as hot air as it can do, so u can use as it is ,
Also u can put some machine oil in the bush/barring of the fan to reduce the noise

It is best if all those fans are running. For the noise problem, try this solution:
