I use my ATM card. Nothing worse than waiting in the grocery store for someone to write out a check. For gas, slide the card in, fuel up and go.

I use ATM cards for groceries and gas but I use checks to pay utility bills. I'll never use direct debit again if I can avoid it.

Atm card. Hate checks except for paying bills that can not be done on line like the water bill in my community

good morning to you
If I am buying groceries or whatever purchases I use debit.
I don't drive so I don't have to buy gas. I may use cash if I withdrew it from the machine.
