Off the Eastern Cape of Soutrh Africa you can see them from the shore in the early morning ..incredible sight..if you go swimming however watch out for the sharks not nearly as friendly!

You can see then virtually everywhere... of the coast of ENgaln, wales, scotland, med, austrailia etc.
Here in FL.. yo ucan see them off both coast all year... I went out on a boat inot the gulf... North of Crystal river and iff you turn off your depth finder they swim upto the boat.... It is illegal to touch or feed them though!! but beautiful to see them.

The best place is in Cancun, Mexico. You can go swimming with them there. In fact in most Caribbean resorts (eg. Bahamas) you can swim with them.

I don't know about the "best" place, but you can see them every day off Tybee Island,GA. via tour boats or even in the line-up while surfing.
