I think it differs depending on where you are in the world, but all that I've heard revolve around a profession.

Eg. In Britain we say Builder's Bum.

I think some places say plumber's crack, and some say fisherman's line.

I'm genuinely interested so please tell me, and if you think I'm being childish then just leave, don't bother me with mean comments.

I wonder what category I'll put this in...

In Delcambre, Louisiana it's called illegal. Mayor Carol Broussard has just brought in an indecent exposure law with a penalty of up to six months in jail for being caught wearing trousers or jeans that show underwear. Her quote was "If your trousers drop, you get a fine. They're better off taking the trousers off and just wearing a dress." She didn't specify guys or chicks, so I suppose a kilt is fine.

Plumber's crack is what it used to be called here in the USA, but now it's 'azz cleavage' (with 's' of course - damned censors!), probably since it's now done on purpose, as with regular cleavage shown.
If it's not on purpose then it's still 'plumber butt'.
