i have the latest drivers and direct x still not wrking,plzzzneed the solution!!!

Your motherboard's GMA 950 integrated graphics even supports vertex shader 3.0. Details here:

BUT you really need to install the driver properly. It should have been done right after OS installation. Try re-installing the graphics driver but with all startup processes disabled.
Now, if you are using Win XP Beta (w/ SP2 slipstreamed), you can never install Direct X 9.0c.

Does your Graphics card have shader 2.0 support? I'm sure this is what they are talking about...not the onboard vid chip on your mobo...

Driver updating the video drivers and making sure to have the latest DirectX (9c) installed.
(Assuming you aren't trying to use Vista and DrectX 10)
