Recently I replied to a Universal Studios Online Survey and was really disappointed that after completing all the questions and attempted to send it in, was rejected.

What really bothers me is that they ask you to join there on line survey panel then that happens. I emailed Universal directly and asked for a clarification and received no reply.

I realy think this is the difference between WDW and Universal, one takes the extra step the other does not.

Have I emailed WDW and received replies? Yes. Even when the email was to bring to their attention something that was something I felt could be improved or an issue with service.

Anyone have the same expeirience?

Not with a survey but yes, i have emailed both parks regarding different issues and Disney has not only seemed to reply faster, but they also called to talk one-on-one. Universal was also helpful but again, Disney's customer service exceeds far beyond Universal's.

Didn't know you could do an online survey.
Went to WDW last year, this year Universal.

Did you have a bad experience at Universal?
Please email me to let me know on any issues.

Also going to Discovery Cove, Sea World, and Nickelodeon Hotel. Any feedback from anyone would greatly be appreciated.
