There is no mention of this in the manual. The plastic is set into the metal of the body and is covered by the felt insulation which has a circular cut in it to allow access to the disk. There is no obvious way to open/remove it. It is to the right of the centreline and nearer the front of the rear seat than the back

This is a access panal to get to the fuel tank. So you can get to the fuel tank sender unit etc without removing the fuel tank.

hi i think to get this out you have to turn it then i believe it gives you access to you petrol tank fuel gauge sender unit
